Therapist who excels in this role: - Assessing to understand their
emotional, psychological, and social situations. - Developing
treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure
comprehensive care. - Providing counseling and support to patients
and families facing mental health challenges. - Connecting patients
with community resources and services, such as support groups and
housing assistance. - Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring

opportunities. What we're looking for - Master's degree in social
work or counseling or relevant state licensure preferred. - Prior
experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. -
Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice
guidelines. - CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment.
