Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Local Contract IN PERSON Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Full or Part Time /n /nRCM Health Care Services is currently hiring School Based Speech & Language Pathologists (SLP) to help students explore their full potential by providing customized treatment plans and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. IN PERSON services, done at the school, during the school day. 2025/2026 school year. /n /nResponsibilities/n /n/t - Speech Language Pathologists assesses and treats students with language, pragmatics, articulation, functional communication, voice, and fluency disorders that impact educational learning/n/t - Utilizes current assessment instruments to determine a student's skills and abilities in the areas of language, pragmatics, articulation, functional communication, voice, and fluency; provides intervention that is appropriate to the age and learning needs of each individual student/n/t - Gathers and organizes information to write educationally-based Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensures educational relevance when assessing and providing services/n/t - Follows compliance laws for meeting federal and state mandates as well as local policies in the performance of duties such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, Medicaid billing, report writing, and treatment plan/therapy log development/n/t - Communicates evaluation results at evaluation meetings and interprets assessments/n /nQualifications/n/n /n/t - Have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/n/t - Current Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License - Speech Language Pathologist/n/t - 2 years of experience with speech language and communication assessments used for students eligible for special education/n/t - Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education/n/t - Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with the school/n/t - Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position/n /nSchedule/n/n /n/t - 2025-2026 School Year - Full or Part Time - Will follow Academic Calendar/n /nBenefits/n/n /n/t - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance/n/t - Life and Disability insurance/n/t - 401K Flex Spending/n/t - Referral Bonus Program/n/t - Weekly Direct Deposit/n /nCompensation/n/n /n/t - $50-$60/hour - based on experience/n /nAbout Us /nRCM Health Care Services’ mission is to provide opportunities for qualified candidates across medical professions.
