Independent experience taking care of 5 patients in a surgical unit
is required. Description: Seasonal travel RN position available in
Orthopedic Surgery. The unit has 20 beds and a nursing ratio of 1:5
during the day shift. The team consists of a charge nurse and four
nurses on day shift and a similar structure on night shift.
Patients typically include those undergoing elective orthopedic
procedures and orthopedic trauma cases. Pain management experience
is preferred but not required. Typical procedures performed on the
unit include dressing changes and aspirations. Candidates should
have a positive attitude and be team players. The unit promotes
great teamwork and focuses on delivering exceptional patient
experiences and quality outcomes. This opportunity offers exposure
