Job Description:
Department: UCHlth Supply Chain Management FTE: Full Time,
1.Shift: Days The Senior Director Supply operations is the system
leadership role for system supply operations. The Senior Director
Supply Operations leads the regional directors, inventory planning,
warehousing operations for the system. This role is responsible for
the strategy and operational delivery for supply operations. Lead a
team of supply operations directors in the region to manage safe
and reliable products to UCHealth managed locations. Lead inventory
planning team to ensure safety stock and appropriate inventory
levels throughout the system. Lead critical warehouses and shared
service center operations to ensure continuity of supply and
reduced risk of shortages or gaps in critical products. Lead the
overall performance of the supply chain related to inventory
accuracy and control. Define and implement inventory control key
productivity indicators (KPI's). Create and maintain inventory
control, audit and cycle count procedures, ensuring accuracy,
consistency and alignment with company policies and procedures.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers in the
regions and system to deliver on a consistent quality and minimal
risk to supply operations with high level of customer engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, healthcare, business
administration or related field. Preferred: Master's degree in
healthcare, business administration or related field. ~7 years of
experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient
care supply operations, including 3 years of leadership/management
