Pharmacy Authorization Center FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per
pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay
is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary:
Responsible for providing access to medications for patients by
completing Prior Authorization Requests (PAR), Co-pay Assistance
Programs, Medication Assistance Programs, benefits investigation,
processing refill renewal requests, assisting patients with health
insurance enrollment, managing PAR and prescriptions renewal dates.
Minimum Requirements: - High School diploma or GED. - PHATP
(Pharmacy Technician Provisional) certification from State Board of
Pharmacy. PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board
of Pharmacy within 18 months of hire. - Certification as a Pharmacy
Technician (CPhT). - Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician
experience or 1 year of experience performing prior authorizations
