Job Title: Phlebotomist III Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO-
80907 Duration: 3 months of Contract with possible extension 1 ST
Shift time: Mon-Fri general hours- 40hrs/week (must be flexible)
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr on W2 Mileage Reimbursement Job Description: ·
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience performing Phlebotomy
is required. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. · Floaters are able to
submit mileage for expense reimbursement. · The Patient Services
Representative III - Float (PSR - Float) represents the face of our
company to patients, both as part of their health routine or for
insights into life-defining health decisions. · This role will
direct daily activity at a Patient Service Center (PSC) or
In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) · The PSR III draws quality blood
samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing
while following established practices and procedures. · The PSR III
has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust
and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing
blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. · The PSR
III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process
excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy
of patient information. · Excellent phlebotomy skills to include
pediatric and geriatric. · Performs with confidence, both the
forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties
following established practices and procedures. · Perform
verification of patient demographic info/initials including patient
signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their
presence and that the name on the label is correct. · Must have
reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean
driving record, if applicable. · Successful applicants may be
assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center, or as
business needs dictate. · Travel and flexible hours required to
work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service
Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice
