Job Description:
Overview: A not-for-profit health system serving southwest Ohio
with 13 medical centers and over 120 outpatient facilities,
committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and healthcare
professional development.
Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse applies the nursing process
across various settings, collaborates with healthcare teams,
advocates for patient safety, delegates care appropriately, and
participates in quality improvement activities, aligning with
organizational values.
Requirements: Must graduate from an RN First Assist accredited
program, hold an Ohio RN license, and be a graduate of an
accredited nursing school (ACEN or CCNE). New grads should complete
a program within 5 years; returning nurses after 5+ years may need
a refresher course. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, NRP,
PALS as per unit scope.
Preferred Qualifications: Must be on call with a 30-minute response
time.
