Job Description:
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care
tailored to the age group served, ensuring quality, safety, and
efficiency in line with unit standards.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current
RN license; BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire, and
other certifications within 6 months.
Possesses current knowledge of patient population needs and
effective communication skills.
Works under supervision of the Patient Care Director or Manager in
a clean, safe environment, with flexibility for emergencies and
schedule changes.
Physical requirements include handling emergencies, prolonged
standing/walking, patient transfers, and fine motor skills, with
normal or corrected vision and hearing.
