The Hospital Pharmacist will report to the Pharmacy Manager, be supported by a small, tight knit team, and will work with an interdisciplinary team. This individual will also play a vital role in ensuring safe medication use through tasks such as dispensing medications, providing clinical pharmacy services, educating patients, and collaborating with health care teams to optimize patient care.
