growing!We're seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join the team on
our Outpatient Counseling Team. This is a full-time position
located in Castle Rock, CO. This person is able to work from home
up to 2 days a week. We ask that all of our clinicians be willing
to work at least 2 nights until 7PM.Location: Castle Rock Adventist
Hospital beginning in March 2023!Therapists are Masters' level
Clinicians who work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing
behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment,
counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups
and/or their families utilizing strength-based wellness and
recovery models of service delivery. Therapists ensure integration
of services and coordination of care to promote the most optimal
outcome for each of our clients.To Succeed in this Role, You'll
Need:A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or
related field.Active licensure OR registration as a candidate
pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.Exposure to or
experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health
field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement
of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and
techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills
and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical
documentation and electronic health records (EHR).Knowledge of DSM
V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in
treatment planning and in direct care.This is a full-time position,
working Monday - Friday, with an annual salary of $50,000-$65,000,
depending on experience and/or licensure. AllHealth Network also
provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are
bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing
required).The base compensation range represents the low and high
end of the AllHealth Network compensation range for this position.
Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range
based on various factors including but not limited to experience,
education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth
Network mission and values. The wages provided here are just one
component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for
employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term
