  • Responsibilities: Work with seniors one on one in their homes for non-medical assistance. While each client's needs are personalized and may not require all skills listed, we look for candidates experienced (or willing to be trained) to inject joy into clients day; comfort or soothe clients in need, provide entertainment and plan leisure time, provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, med reminders, toileting, companionship, dementia care, client transportation to errands or appointments, meal planning and prep, transfers, mental and social stimulation, good communication, follow policy & procedure for non-medical care, protective oversight, speaking with your managers to convey your valued input for client care planning, decline or progress; time management, charting on every shift, exercise your unique creativity when at work with clients, calendaring, assist with hobbies, end of life care, light housekeeping, mentor other caregivers from time to time.We are looking for caregivers to care for our clients who deserve the best! Are you someone who:
    • Has 1+ years of caregiving or CNA experience required.
    • Has dementia/Alzheimer's experience, preferred
    • Is passionate for the job and helping others
    • Wants to exercise your own creativity in helping others
    • Has reliable transportation, has current drivers license and car insurance for transporting clients on duty.
    • Can engage clients with mental/social stimulation, help with hobbies, calendaring, ADLs, companionship
    • Have a knack for meal planning & preparation
      • Is able to take a look around and see what needs to get done without being told and do it!
      • Has time management skill
      • Exercises good judgement
      • Is willing to mentor other caregivers from time to time
      • Takes pride in work
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
