BEST PAY IN TOWN!!!SILVER HEIGHTS Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has Great Opportunity for a Full-Time CNA!!Pay Ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour depending upon experience.Hours are Evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 must be willing to work every Saturday and Sunday.Summary:Silver Heights Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is located in beautiful Castle Rock with a stunning view of the Rampart Range is currently seeking licensed, talented and dedicated CNAs to join our strong new management team to provide high quality treatment, service and outstanding patient care.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals and maintains effective relationships through efficient and timely communication.
• Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
• Receiving and escorting visitors
• Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants
• Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment
• Responsible for acquiring all medication refills that are ordered by MD and dispersing them to the different locations according to policy and procedure.
• Assuring all medical documentation is in place for compliance and safety of patient care.
• Ensuring patients receive all scheduled and PRN medications.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Excellent customer service and people skills (including one-on-one interaction and group environment) and proven organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated computer skillsRequired license or certification:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Valid CO Driver's LicenseExperience:
    • EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
    • CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
