seeking an Senior Manager, Business Development to act as a key
driver in identifying, cultivating and growing net new business
opportunities in target sectors, as well as providing thought
leadership to drive relationships. This is a great opportunity to

cultivating new relationships and engagement opportunities to
convert connections and relationships into qualified clients in
technology and BEAM. This includes sourcing new sales opportunities
through outbound connections/relationship development, target
outbound efforts, inbound lead follow-up, and tracking market
opportunities (Episodics). You will be accountable for leading the
nurturing and sales process from initial contact to client
conversion. This will be accomplished through collaboration with
marketing, assuring the proper marketing mix in your Technology
segment, and connecting with prospects lapsed clients, defined
targets, and current and prospective connections and relationships.
You will be leveraging Monigle's content marketing engine and
marketing outreach efforts and your relationship development and
sales skills to convert new clients for Monigle. This role is
designed to challenge and excite you to innovate new ways of
reaching, nurturing, qualifying, and closing new Technology clients
and episodic by offering Monigle's complete services and products,
including BEAM. You will be working closely with marketing,
practice professionals, and members of the ELT to add Technology
and new business to the pipeline. From the moment a lead comes in,
you are accountable for identifying and qualifying the opportunity
and working with the right resources to develop the proposal,
participate in the pitch and carry it through to contracting and
handover. You are the Technology pipeline owner of this process in
total - from initial connection through conclusion, and the outcome
of your efforts, should result in increased new business
opportunities, additional project wins, an increased number of new
relationships, and enhanced reputational awareness for Monigle
across Technology prospects and
accounts.Responsibilities:Participate and work with the Growth team
to share innovations, successes, and challenges for the benefit of
all.Collaborate with marketing, assuring the proper marketing mix
and content are being developed and distributed to your targets and
prospects to develop an active sales funnel of qualified new
opportunities.Leverage Monigle's content marketing engine (content
hub) in your direct outreach and relationship development efforts
to nurture prospects and keep Monigle top-of-mind.Conduct direct
outreach (email, phone, Vidyard, etc.) to qualified targets and
prospects and cultivate relationships and engagement opportunities
that can be converted to new clients. This includes sourcing and
contacting new sales opportunities through direct outreach,
campaign follow-up, targeting qualified prospects, tracking
episodic market opportunities, and responding to
marketing-initiated inbound leads (prospects).Nurture new
relationships and develop 'stay-in-touch' plans for prospective
new, former, and lapsed clients (defined as one year after a
project's completion.)Ensure that all prospective contacts and
targets are updated, and correctly entered and assigned in
Salesforce to enable successful ongoing marketing.Establish a list
of 20 +/- target 'marquee' prospects across your target industry
segments to develop a relationship and convert them into 'marquee'
clients. You will work with industry leaders Gunnar Jacobs, Gabe
Cohen, Jim Lowell, Justin Wartell and other industry leaders (Dave
Middendorf, Brian Elkins, Yoeri Auteveld etc.) to collaborate on an
approved list of targets from which we will initiate an
account-based marketing plan against those targets.Participate at
conferences, events, and speaking engagements where you and the
industry leaders determine we want a Monigle presence (sponsorship,
speaking role, trade booth, etc.) and where we expect a target-rich
environment of potential relationships and opportunities.Guide the
sales process with qualified opportunities from initial contact
with the client (client qualification) through sales conversion
(signed contract) and hand-off to CX (client
