at KidStrong extraordinary!Key Responsibilities:Center Operations:
- Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and
out
- Relationship Guru: Be the friendly face everyone loves to
see
- Keep it Running: Maintain a spotless center and smooth
operation
- Delegate Tasks: Ensure your team is on point and avoid
burnout
- Flex Your Weekly Schedule: Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
shiftSales:
- Drive Membership: Work with your team to set goals and fill
class spots
- Lead the Charge: Dial phones, send texts, and convert leads
into members
- Be the Face: Attend local events to promote
KidStrongLeadership:
- Foster Growth: Inspire your team professionally and
personally
- Recruit & Train: Onboard and develop coaches
- Develop: Use training tools for ongoing professional
growth
- Stay Connected: Communicate effectively via Slack and
emailCoaching:
- Be Hands-On: Deliver curriculum and high-fives
- Keep your finger on the pulse: Coach 3-5 classes weekly
- Track Progress: Use the KS Coaches App to monitor attendance
and achievements
- Stay Active: Engage physically in a dynamic environment
- Certification: Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ
TrainingInterpersonal Interactions:
- Supervise: Assistant GM, Lead Coach, and staff
- Collaborate: With team members and families
- Coordinate: With Area Developer and HQ teamCandidate
Requirements:
- Coaching Experience: With kids aged 15 months to 11 years
- People Skills: Comfortable engaging with parents and
guardians
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with Google, Microsoft, and social
media
- CPR Certification: Or willingness to obtainCore Competencies:
