• Great Work Environment Job Overview: We are seeking a committed, experienced General Manager to join our team at My Neighbor Felix in Colorado Springs. My Neighbor Felix is a pan-Mexican kitchen + bar serving craft margaritas & cocktails and fresh cuisine inspired by all seven regions of Mexico in a chic space with friendly vibes. Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive culture aligned with Lotus' mission, values, and vision.
  • Develop strategies for profitability, sustainability, and brand longevity.
  • Develop leadership within the restaurant.
  • Set and implement short- and long-term goals.
  • Create and maintain operational procedures.
  • Achieve financial targets for COGS, labor, overtime, expenses, and reviews.
  • Monitor resources within budget.
  • Handle hiring, training, development, retention, and promotion of staff.
  • Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee productivity and efficiency documentation. Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of General Manager experience in full-service hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
    • Advanced knowledge of cost accounting.
    • At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial strategy, decision-making, and managing profitability.
