The candidate will have broad-based responsibility for marketing APG, RocketRoute and Seattle Avionics products and co-marketing with key partners. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound marketing, account-based marketing, social media execution, live events, webinars, and partner marketing.
This job is based out of our Castle Rock, CO location.
What you will do:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing the companys global digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and engagement with aviation industry professionals to contribute to revenue growth for our product portfolios. This role serves as the in-house subject matter expert for digital marketing by working closely with product experts worldwide to understand key market drivers and opportunities for engagement and growth.By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify, quantify, support, and execute opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies. The individual will report to the Global Head of Marketing and support our international marketing team and subsidiaries to ensure the continuity of branded content and the success of timely product launch campaigns and GTM strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic digital marketing plans (including inbound marketing strategy, content strategy, paid media strategy, and others) that drive demand and achieve global business goals
  • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for digital marketing, including websites, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and paid media.
  • Oversee all digital channels, applying best practices to maximize engagement with target audiences
  • Analyze, maintain, and improve the companys websites, developing and utilizing templates, assets, and marketing technologies
  • Lead efforts to analyze and improve organic search rankings
  • Serve as primary project manager for digital projects, including new channel launches, new websites, and new paid media campaigns
  • Know emerging trends and best practices for critical social media tools
  • Design and execute digital tactics for product launches and campaigns in collaboration with product experts
  • Assist global colleagues with expanding digital capabilities and campaigns outside the United States
  • Manage content calendars for digital channels and the production of creative assets for use across web, social, email, paid media, etc
  • Develop, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels and campaigns, then provide insight to maximize digital effectiveness
  • Conduct observational market research through customer visits, attending key congresses and meetings, and interacting with organic and distributed sales and product teams
    Required Experience and Job Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree required (marketing preferred); MBA preferred
    • 6+ years of global digital marketing experience executing content marketing plans to include best practices in email marketing, SEO, dynamic/video content, websites and landing pages
    • Successful track record of managing integrated/multi-channel B2B demand or lead-generating campaigns and programs
    • Experience with HTML, Java, CSS, and Adobe Suite a must-have
    • Experience with Google Search Console, SEMRush, and other SEO tools
    • Experience with, MailChimp, Pardot, WordPress, and a broad range of digital platforms
      Skills and Competencies

      • Ability to design and test content marketing programs based on insights from analytics and experience
      • Ability to understand key business drivers and develop appropriate strategies to address specific business needs.
      • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
      • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment with attention to details
      • Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects
      • Experience with social media management, content strategy, and actioning on insights
