Job Description Job Description Mount Fitting Technicians Needed in Pueblo Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule, 6 AM-6 PM Pay: $20-$23/hour (DOE) Job Overview Join a growing, industry?leading manufacturer supporting the clean?energy sector. As a Production Technician , you’ll help assemble internal components for large wind turbine tower sections, using pneumatic and hand tools to install platforms, ladders, lighting fixtures, and more. This is a hands?on, high?impact role that directly supports the fabrication of renewable?energy infrastructure. What You’ll Do Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by following all safety procedures and participating in routine housekeeping. Follow Production Work Instructions and Process Specifications to complete daily tasks accurately. Assemble components using drawings, instructions, and established quality standards. Conduct product quality inspections and perform corrections when necessary. Operate material?handling equipment such as forklifts, fork trucks, and bogies. Replenish assembly consumables and ensure necessary materials are available. Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and resolve minor issues. Work closely with Team Leaders and fellow production employees to prioritize workflow efficiently. Support all safety and environmental compliance requirements. Essential Skills & Experience Experience in assembly , production line work , and using hand and power tools . Ability to perform general labor, inspections, and heavy lifting. Forklift operating experience. Strong attention to quality and ability to conduct routine quality checks. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1 year of experience in heavy fabrication, assembly, construction, or similar industrial environments. Telescopic loader or Fork Truck certification preferred (not required). Ability to interpret production drawings and technical work instructions. English proficiency (speaking, reading, understanding). Must pass pre-employment Reading, Math, and Locating Information assessments. Why Join Us? You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, alongside teammates in small groups (typically 2–3 people), especially within the quality department. A commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork is essential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
