interview and offer process.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides general engineering support and service to natural gas
operations in the company's multiple state natural gas
- Ability to anticipate, perform complex analysis, and solve a
range of problems by analyzing possible solutions using standard
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards; Proficient knowledge of 49 CFR 192.
- Maintain positive partnerships with state and federal pipeline
- Partners with operations managers, supervisors, and
- Champion of industry and company safety practices.
- Provides professional services elsewhere in the company's
energy business, as requested.
- Actively seeks improvements for work processes across the
department; leads initiatives as assigned.
- Acts as a mentor in areas of expertise.
- Travel as necessary to support activities for natural gas
- Participates in community relations-based activities.
- Participates in state and federal audits.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal and
external customers.QUALIFICATIONS:Level II:
- Minimum of (1) one year of gas industry experience; with proven
knowledge of natural gas operations required.
- Minimum of (4) four years of gas industry experience; with
proven knowledge of natural gas operations
- Demonstrated technical and operational expertise.
- Proficient knowledge of network design, standards, and system
- Proficient understanding and application of advanced natural
gas engineering principles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and editing
- Effective presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
- Proficient in word processing, database, and spreadsheet
- Team player and demonstrated ability to lead and participate
with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage projects of varying scale
- Ability to thoroughly document analytical work.

Worker may be subject to hazards including a variety of physical
conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving
vehicles, electrical current, working in places of height or close
quarters. Willing to travel up to 25% (e.g., 1 week or 5
days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial
airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to
lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the
duties of this job and the employee must have proper licensing to
