entity, RefiJet. YSG & RefiJet provides a comprehensive,
full-service process that assists consumers in identifying and
obtaining the best refinance loan for which they qualify. We are
based in beautiful offices in Centennial. Person Summary You must
be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a good understanding
of vehicle titles however, equally important is that you are detail
oriented, articulate, happy to use the phone when needed and be
able to be patient yet have perseverance with difficult clients.
Good communication skills both verbal and written are a must. Key
Responsibilities Tax and title estimates - using various tools,
gather the information necessary to quickly provide an accurate
estimate of tax and title when requested Creating orders in an
online environment for title work processing Routinely calling
banks to determine why there is no title received following a
payoff sent. Opening mail, sorting, and documenting incoming
titles. Noting and staging system records. Forwarding titles and
appropriate documentation to title processing vendors. Follow up
and title problem resolution; including calls/emails with
customers, banks, title processing vendors, and DMV. Skills and
Knowledge Fluent in Spanish and English Great work ethic Ability to
multi-task Friendly personality Computer proficiency Phone and
email etiquette are crucial to maintaining internal and external
relationships. Understanding of the importance of compliance in
protecting the sensitive and/or personal information of the
customer, lender, and company Experience: Previous experience of
processing vehicle titles, at the DMV; a dealership; a bank/credit
union or a finance company What we offer: A base salary
