the Customer Care Agent: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth Act as
the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all
questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
Collaborate with the Customer Care Agent team to ensure flawless
execution of direct sales and customer service initiatives Educate
customers about any changes or updates in client services and
solutions Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition
and lead-generation strategies Participate in daily meetings with
senior leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals,
and leadership development opportunities Help track and analyze
with the Customer Care Agent team customer interactions and sales
performance
