Job Description:
Preconstruction Manager/Estimator Location - Denver Must be
energetic and want to land projects. Must be capable of being
self-managed. Must be a self-starter. Must have a positive attitude
and want to be a team player. 5-10 years in commercial construction
preconstruction and/or estimating. Project sizes of $2M to $20M
Preference to candidates with project types and interest in light
industrial, metal building, self-storage experience, but also
looking for candidates with office, K-12, retail and other
commercial experience as well.
