Job Description:
Our client is a General Contractor seeking a Senior
Superintendent in Denver to lead K-12 projects, overseeing field
operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure
successful project delivery. Qualified candidates will experience a
hands-on interview process that includes a site walk to experience

industry professionals. Description 10 years of Superintendent
experience (5 years considered for mid-level roles) Proven track
record managing K-12 construction projects Experience with project
scheduling & updates (P6 preferred, Procore is a plus) Strong
history of delivering projects on time & within budget Ability to
lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive project success
Experience working with clients, owners, and trade partners to
ensure project alignment Profile The successful candidate will be a
detail-oriented, safety-focused, and proactive problem-solver who
can build, update, and maintain project schedules while ensuring
high-quality construction standards. Stability in work history and

excellence are key traits for success in this role. Job Offer The
successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation
package including: Base Salary : $118,000 - $142,500 DOE Bonus : Up
to 20% of base salary for senior-level roles Company Vehicle
