The Project Manager position will be responsible for managing
projects and the project workforce that comes with them. He or she
will enable the success of projects by working with clients and
managing their expectations, striving to meet or exceed each
project’s scope requirements within budgeted time and resources.
The project manager will work efficiently to maximize the quality
and output for our clients while maintaining professionalism in all
settings. He or she may be responsible for training staff and
creating adequate work assignments at the right staff level.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This role requires great flexibility to react to
issues outside of the control of the position while demonstrating
an ongoing ability to: Delegate work effectively and efficiently
Coordinate resource needs. Deal with ambiguity and remain focused
on successful project execution Assess project status and act
accordingly Manage many varied personalities on the work team and
at the client Communication clearly and consistently with
appropriate documentation Communicate effectively with Clients at
all levels, always looking for additional work Consistently balance
contractual obligations with Client satisfying behavior Each
Project Manager must be self-motivated, results-oriented and must
constantly coach in order to maximize current work value while
growing long-term Building industry relationships through the
pursuit, development, and delivery of successful projects Team
leadership skills that grow staff capability and deliver results
Becoming the ongoing face to multiple clients through successful
projects QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum 5 years’ experience managing
projects related to Heavy Highway, Civil Construction. Interested
