Job Description:

Would you like to join a Maintenance Technician team on a brand-new property? Our client is looking for an experienced, customer service-focused Maintenance professional to join their team on-site in Denver! Previous maintenance experience is required; Residential or Commercial maintenance will be considered Valid Driver License required upon hire after temp period HVAC and CPO certifications strongly desired High school Diploma or GED is required Associate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, including inquiring for customer feedback to improve services Proficiency in using property management software(s) and Microsoft Office is preferred Must be reliable and dependable, takes accountability for actions, and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in executed work Must be able to operate common maintenance related tools including but not limited to: electric saws, cordless screwdriver, drill, air conditioners, water heaters, chlorine test kit, various screwdrivers, nut drivers set, pliers, various wrenches, wire crimping/stripping tool, drill bits, hammers, tape (ruler), and ladders, experience in compressor diagnosis, fire sprinklers and irrigation systems preferred Must have basic knowledge of OSHA Requirements and Local, City and State Ordinances Must be able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions and plans, including reaching out to appropriate people in decision-making Ability to work independently with little to now supervision Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed
