Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and others to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru!

Responsibilities:
--- Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
--- Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
--- Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
--- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
--- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

Qualifications:

B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors
Team player
Develop new concepts based on input
Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills

--- A minimum of two years of experience in Marketing
--- Experience working in a real estate office is preferred
