for YOU". JOB SUMMARY: This position requires a strong working
knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and collections
management. There is a heavy reliance and knowledge of statutory
materialman lien laws. This is a key position that directly
contributes to overall company’s working capital and profitability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position manages the Accounts Receivables
and Sales Support of assigned operating branches. The number of
branches assigned will be determined by the Director of Financial
Services. Collections of accounts within the assigned branches is a
primary function. There is also a need of understanding of the
various credit tools utilized to maximize sales growth while
protecting the receivable asset. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Well organized
person with strong administrative and excellent interpersonal
skills. A person who is very dependable, a self-starter who can
work independently and effectively manage an Accounts Receivable
portfolio. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: This candidate possess a
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
& ABILITIES: Must be capable of Financial Statement Analysis. Must
possess a working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products.
Must be a well-organized person with strong administrative and
excellent interpersonal skills. Must be dependable and able to work
