Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Property
Administrator to join our team! This dynamic role supports the
Property Manager with administrative tasks, provides reception
services, and assists the Marketing/Leasing Manager with
promotional materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can
effectively manage multiple tasks. Qualifications: Previous
administrative experience, preferably in property management or a
related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook) and familiarity with property management software like
CoStar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to
collaborate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
efficiently. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
and document management. Professional demeanor and ability to
handle confidential information with discretion. Additional Skills
(Preferred but Not Required): Knowledge of commercial real estate.
Experience in marketing or leasing support. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
