Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax planning and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing strategic tax advice. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Provide tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and businesses. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively. Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and provide feedback to junior staff members. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is ideal. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning. Strong knowledge of individual and corporate taxation, including 1040, partnership, LLC, and corporate tax returns. Experience working with high net worth clients is preferred.
