Accountant Responsibilities: Lead the month-end and year-end close
process, including journal entries and reconciliations. Manage AP
and AR, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Collaborate with and guide junior accounting staff, encouraging
continuous learning and improvement. Assist the Controller with
financial statement preparation and budget/forecast development.
Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
to leadership. ? What We're Looking For in Senior Accountant
Candidates: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field. 4 years of progressive accounting experience (bonus points
for project accounting exposure). Strong knowledge of US GAAP and
core financial principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
(or BC) and advanced Excel skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and
passionate about accuracy. A team player with great communication
