Make your mark Own the accounting function Great culture Great team Transformation growth Job Details What You’ll Tackle: Lead ERP selection and implementation; current platform is homegrown and no longer scalable Serve as a key partner to the executive team, bringing accounting and tax strategy to M&A integrations and cross-border operations Drive process improvements, internal controls, and accounting best practices across a complex org structure Own the technical accounting landscape, domestic and international Lead tax strategy and compliance with external partners Help transition the team toward a shorter close cycle and modernize reporting frameworks What They're Looking For: CPA required; strong technical accounting and tax acumen Background in public accounting experience in senior leadership roles Deep experience with ERP implementation and cross-functional systems work International accounting exposure (IFRS, multi-country ops) Ability to challenge the status quo and lead change through influence Interested in hearing more?
