Billing Specialist : Accurately process billings and receivables in
a timely manner. Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or
account records. Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure
accurate billing on all work orders. Enter billings into the
business system using customer notes to reflect labor, materials,
markups, and trip charges. Request labor/material transfers when
needed to ensure proper allocation. Refer overdue accounts to
collections, when appropriate. Run reports to verify billing
accuracy, including customer details, job descriptions, costs, and
quantities. Print, post, and distribute professional invoices with
care and precision. Who We're Looking For: You bring experience in
AR billing, light collections, and accounting entries. You may have
worked in AP/AR and want to expand your billing expertise. You're a
