Senior Accountant - Governmental Accounting About the Company International leading expert and consultant Specializing in Federal Governmental Accounting Work in a casual, friendly and PRO work-life balance atmosphere Amazing flexibility Great benefits Tremendous company growth Team oriented Hybrid work environment north of Denver RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT : Primary responsibility for maintaining accounting records for multiple clients on monthly accounting, financial reporting and cost records Ensures allocation and proper classification of cost records in accordance with federal regulations and standards Work closely with clients to advice on the preparation of DCAA audits and FAR regulations Responsible for the monthly financial reporting and transactional accounting (AP/AR; cash flow; general ledger; reconciliations; payroll) Ownership of the cost accounting including indirect rate calculations, burden, labor costs and COGS. Reviews work of staff account to confirm completeness and accuracy REQUIREMENTS OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience working with federal governmental accounting & regulations (DCAA or FAR) Salary range up to $85k excellent benefits and work-life balance INJUN2025 LI-CC2
