Flexible hybrid schedule Excellent benefits 9/80 schedule 401K match Career growth Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process to ensure accurate and timely reporting Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with accounting policies and procedures Analyze lease operating statements and assess key financial and operational metrics, including expense trends, price and volume variances, and overall performance results Research and apply complex accounting standards, including U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidance Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to meet deliverables and support business initiatives Partner with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and support during audits and reviews Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness; implement and maintain documentation of changes Qualifications: 4 years of public accounting or mix of public and industry CPA preferred E&P experience Interested in hearing more?
