United States.COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (USD
Annually)The salary range will be based on your -experience and
cost of living.Annual Bonus:We also offer an annual bonus with a
target of 12% of the base salary, based on our company hitting
company-wide goals.Other BonusesWe offer additional bonuses for

Accountant position is an active, hands-on team member who will
report directly to the Director of Operations and truly be a
business partner as the company continues to expand its scope and
revenues. The Senior Accountant will maintain financial records and
ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded for Patch
My PC LLC and its subsidiaries. The role will be responsible for
maintaining the company's fiscal records and related accounting
systems of the company and oversight of the accounting policies and
procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are executed
and documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principles.The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant position
may have an audit or public accounting foundation and an active CPA
license. In addition, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of
industry-related experience with an established software or SaaS
business following experience in a public accounting firm. The
candidate will have extensive experience in external financial
reporting, experience in designing and implementing internal
controls, income tax compliance, 409a, foreign currency accounting,
consolidations, M&A, experience in accounting for acquisitions,
and depth in working with advanced accounting systems. TRAITS THAT

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
Handling the month-end and
quarter-end process for our subsidiaries by performing a variety of
accounting tasks which includes preparing and posting all
eliminating and consolidating entries. -Responsible for oversight
of all intercompany transactions, including compliance with
Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements, as well as the
completeness and accuracy of the Intercompany accounts.
-Responsible for oversight of all foreign currency matters,
including foreign currency translation, ensuring the company's
accounting system records the appropriate accounting
treatment.Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
packages for international entities ensuring compliance with
accounting standards. -Responsible for serving as the point of
contact to foreign subsidiaries and tax counsels for financial
matters. Provides leadership and daily direction as it relates to
the company's financial accounting function.Oversee the accounting
operations including customer billing, accounts receivable,
accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Maintain
complete and accurate books and records for all legal entities
appropriately reconciled and supported by documentation.Oversee the
preparation of GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules
and other operational analyses. Ensure compliance of all external
financial reporting and all tax compliance reporting
regulations.Develop accounting systems and internal control
processes to enhance financial reporting and the internal control
environment.Understand and apply the company's revenue recognition
policies, controls and processes for accurate revenue recognition
in accordance with contract terms and ASC 606.Document accounting
policies and procedures and establish documentation requirements to
support underlying transactions. Oversee the preparation and
coordination of external audits and ensure records are maintained
and organized.Prepare forecasts and expense analyses under the
direction of the Director of Operations and maintain the financial
forecast.Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in
financial and operational reporting.Manage and develop direct
reporting accounting staff. Foster a positive and proactive work
environment, emphasizing respect for individuals, high standards of
quality, customer service, innovation, and teamwork.Assist in the
implementation of new accounting pronouncements, process
improvements, control enhancements, and establish best practice for
day-to-day activities: and, -Be assigned other special projects as
required. - -EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
CPA licenseBachelor's or Master's
degree in Accounting from an accredited institute of higher
educationMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Experience in an accounting leadership role in a mid-sized SaaS
businessExperience handling high-volume transactions and multiple
product linesExperienced at preparing budgets and
forecastsMulti-company consolidation experience and experience in
accounting for acquisitionsExperience with foreign operations and
accounting for foreign currenciesExcellent financial reporting
skillsStrong financial planning and analysis capabilities Superior
written and verbal communication skillsEffective presentation
skills with investors, owners, C-level executives, and
customersExperience in a software company, or subscription-based
